Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"GBOS" means Mystro Analytics, Inc, a Delaware C-Corporation. "Customer" means the individual or entity using the Services. "User" means any person authorized by Customer. "Content" means data, text, files, prompts, and materials submitted through the Services. "Subscription" means a paid or free access plan. "Order Form" means a commercial ordering document between the parties. "Documentation" means GBOS product and support guidance.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and current registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or account security concerns.

3. Your Use of the Services

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or use the Services unlawfully.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Attempt to bypass security or access accounts without authorization.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Use the Services to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Customer Content & Inputs

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant GBOS a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to provide the Services.
• You represent that you have rights to submit all content and inputs you provide.

5. AI/Automation Features

• Outputs may be probabilistic and should be reviewed before reliance.
• You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on generated outputs.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

If you connect third-party services, you authorize GBOS to access and process integration data as required to deliver the integration. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms of those providers.

7. Subscriptions, Fees & Taxes

• Paid plans renew unless canceled.
• Refunds are pro-rated until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in an Order Form.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes based on GBOS income.

8. Intellectual Property

• GBOS retains all rights to the Services, software, and documentation.
• Feedback may be used to improve Services without obligation to you.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to these Terms.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." GBOS disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. GBOS total liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to 1x the fees paid by you to GBOS in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GBOS harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

• GBOS may suspend access for security issues, legal compliance, or Terms violations.
• You may cancel subscriptions through account settings or your commercial agreement.
• On termination, access ends and outstanding fees remain due.

14. Changes to Services and Terms

We may update these Terms and the Services from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in an Order Form.
